This was my first time experiencing Hummus Republic and I LOVE them. They're similar to Cava, but not the same. I ordered a bowl with no grains, spring mix, lemon chicken, fried jalapenos, onions and garlic and Grandma's hot sauce. What made this bowl so good is the topping of the fried jalapenos, onions and garlic. I can't even put into words why this was good to me. I didn't really care for the lemon chicken too much. For me, it lacked flavor, so I won't be getting that protein again. I'm eager to try the shawarma, so that's what I'll be getting on the next visit. Service was good for the most part, most of the workers there were friendly.
Being a vegetarian, obviously never had a shawarma. Saw that they have mushroom shawarma and gave it a try. I couldn't handle the taste of their mushrooms. Bland and a little weird for my liking. But other than that, the bowl was delicious. Falafel was awesome. I'll definitely order again but without mushrooms. Ambiance is modern and trendy. Service was prompt and accommodating.
We enjoyed our first visit to this Mediterranean restaurant. You order and select sides and toppings from the front counter. I had a chicken shawarma bowl and one falafel, with a lemon oil drizzle, hummus, tzatziki, and lots of yummy toppings. The chicken was flavorful and had just the right amount of spice. They offer indoor and outdoor seating. Service was good.
Wow! Fresh, delicious, and huge portions. We stopped for lunch and both built a bowl. So many fresh ingredients to choose from and their falafel is delicious. My GF had the lemon chicken as her protein and loved it. We'll definitely be back!
This place is so underrated. I say that because I've been 2-3 times and it's always been empty. I really love the concept and like this restaurant more than similar places. Service has been good. I love how you can customize your order to the T. The portion size is very generous. I like the flavor of their protein choices and all the fresh ingredients they use. Hummus is great. The lemonades are also good, the turmeric ginger is my favorite. I definitely recommend you try it.
Pretty much as good as it gets for a quick-service meal. It's wholesome, healthy, affordable, highly varied, and different. You get the option of wrap or bowl, choose the protein, base, toppings, and sauce, just like at Chipotle. I love that they have interesting toppings, like fried chickpeas, and unique flavors of hummus, like eggplant hummus. There's so much space to sit both inside and outside, and I was jamming out to the 90s music playing. You will also have a lot leftover for a second meal, like I did. We left so happy! P.S. the "shalom" on the wall brought a smile to my face!
Hummus Republic put out some fresh, tasty food and some of the best Domades I have eaten in years. My bowl of fresh vegetables, hummus and steak was amazing!Paige, Raul and Leila took great care of us and did a great job. There is only one way that you really do see the sign. Otherwise you will have to look for this restaurant. I WOULD RECOMMEND
